Amy counsels local and national clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial finance transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, development and entitlements, lease transactions, land-use issues, development projects and various real estate related issues such as easements and use restrictions.
Amy works with clients on the development of multi-use, multi-family, industrial and other types of projects from land acquisition through the entire development, due diligence and entitlement process. She also has years of experience in the formation of condominiums/planned communities and common interest communities and drafting the related documents, covenants and easements.
